We welcome you to join us for group meditation classes Monday and Thursday from 12:15-12:45pm.
Meditation is a tried and tested life enhancer. The benefits range from reduced stress/anxiety, increased sleep quality, to an improved sense of well-being and unity. Paul utilizes a variety of meditation practices with focuses such as self-compassion, loving-kindness, and breath-work.
