Meditation is a tried and tested life enhancer. The benefits range from reduced stress/anxiety, increased sleep quality, and an improved sense of well-being and connectedness. Paul utilizes a variety of meditation practices with focuses such as self-compassion, loving-kindness, and breathwork.
