Our in-house Sauna is an excellent tool to help you relax prior to or after your next massage. Saunas have many proven health benefits aside from pure relaxation such as:

Reduction of stress.
Aside from the many health benefits regular heat exposure provides, the heat also helps your muscles and connective tissues warm-up and relax enabling our practitioners to perform deeper work.
Appointments are available in one hour increments enabling you to choose a timeline that works best for your heat tolerance and schedule. We recommend spending 30-45 minutes in the sauna, taking breaks as needed as well as regularly rehydrating. Towels and shower are provided in-house.
