3 Individual Sessions
Personalized one-on-one support to help you:

1 Partner Session
You and your support person will:
• Create a birth plan that aligns with your values
• Address their questions and concerns
• Learn how to stay connected and present through labour

This 4-session journey blends breathwork and therapeutic process to help you reconnect with yourself from the inside out. Through your breath, you’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, regulate your nervous system, and access deeper clarity, emotion, and ease. It’s not about fixing—it's about meeting yourself with honesty, compassion, and breath-led presence.
