By understanding our own desires, past experiences, and vulnerabilities, we lay the groundwork for meaningful connections with others

Sarah supports her clients in being the expert in their own lives. With deep respect she embraces her role as practitioner and what that encompasses. She offers the courage to swim in deep waters and cherishes the uniqueness of everyone’s journey.

Sarah works with those who wish to no longer be limited by the patterning, conditioning, stories, triggers, attachment styles and/or past hurts.

She uses

  • Presence and intuition to create a safe, non-judgmental space for people to explore, heal and grow.

  • A Person Centred approach, and draws a lot of her skills from the attachment and family systems therapy approachs. These therapies focus on the impact of our relational attachments (both primary and tertiary attachment figures).

  • Existential therapy for clients facing anxieties, depression, and fear. This supports clients in embracing the freedom to choose how they live their lives with autonomy.

  • She also integrates our current understanding of neuroscience and uses tools from art therapy to assist the therapeutic process.

Her preferred clients are

  • Individuals

  • Couples

  • People in multi-partner relationships.

Sarah holds a Diploma of Professional Counselling from the Vancouver College of Counsellor training. She is currently offering counselling at a lower cost as she completes her practical training.
