Laurence DYCK RMT
Laurence graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2024 and is passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-centred care tailored to each individual's needs. They believe every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their healthcare. Working collaboratively, Laurence creates treatment plans that support both immediate relief and long-term wellness.
Laurence has special interests in stress reduction, TMJ dysfunction, and neck and shoulder pain. They also have experience treating patients with chronic pain and conditions including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), fibromyalgia, thoracic outlet syndrome, tendonitis, and carpal tunnel syndrom. Their treatments incorporate a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and active release, always adapting to each patient's goals and comfort.
Every appointment begins with a conversation about your health history, concerns, and goals, followed by an assessment to determine the most effective treatment. Laurence believes in working collaboratively with patients throughout the session and provides practical home care recommendations to help maintain progress between visits.
Creating a welcoming, inclusive environment is central to Laurence's practice. They are passionate about supporting people from all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals living with chronic conditions and/or invisible disabilities. Their goal is for every patient to leave feeling not only physically better, but informed, supported, and empowered in their health.
Outside the clinic, Laurence enjoys reading and writing fantasy, exploring history, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.
Laurence looks forward to welcoming you to Eleven Arrows and helping you move, feel, and live better.
