Jeff Maciejko
Counselling practitioner (Training)
As a Professional Counsellor in training, Jeff brings a grounded and thoughtful presence to his work and the teamat Eleven Arrows.. A graduate of the Vancouver College of Counsellor Training of Canada (VCCT), Jeff holds a Diploma in Professional Counselling along with a Certificate in Counselling for Intimacy and Relationships. His approach is centred on slowing things down, helping clients hear themselves more clearly, and creating a space where meaningful self-exploration can unfold.
Jeff believes that many of the struggles we experience; anxiety, relational tension, overthinking, grief, or feeling “stuck”, are not problems to be rushed away, but signals inviting deeper understanding. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, he works with curiosity, presence, and emotional attunement. Sessions are spacious and collaborative, allowing clients to explore what lies beneath patterns, reactions, and long-held internal stories.
With a steady and reflective style, Jeff is especially attuned to individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their emotions, or caught in anxious or relational cycles. He works gently but directly, helping clients name what feels difficult and stay with it long enough to uncover the deeper meanings shaping their behaviour. His work supports the development of emotional literacy, self-regulation, and a stronger sense of identity and direction.
Jeff has a particular interest in working with men seeking greater emotional depth, individuals navigating grief and loss, and those moving through major life transitions or identity shifts. He also supports people who want space to reflect without feeling pathologized or placed into a clinical box. His relational approach invites clients to explore the expectations, protective strategies, and narratives they’ve carried with them and to consider whether those stories still serve them.
Clients working with Jeff often leave with:
Greater clarity around their emotions and patterns
Increased capacity to regulate themselves during challenging moments
A deeper sense of meaning, identity, and personal direction
More grounded and intentional relationships
Less shame and more compassion toward themselves
Jeff is currently completing his practicum hours toward registration. He practices transparently and collaboratively, bringing care, clarity, and a deep respect for each client’s unique process. While his practice is emerging, what remains consistent is his commitment to helping clients live more congruent lives — where their choices, needs, and values feel aligned, and where they can act from a place of understanding rather than reaction.
